Based on our experience, the home-buying process would be efficient and almost seamless because the mortgage broker and realtor know each other. What I like about him is his honesty. He will tell you what are the pros and cons of the properties you are viewing and he will not rush you to buy a property that doesn't fit your criteria just for him to make a commission. He is reliable, timely, and true to his clients.
